Monitoring and Evaluation
There is not much point in having policies unless you monitor their operation and evaluate their success. As well as monitoring individual student progress we monitor tutor groups, teaching groups and year groups. We ask students, parents/carers, staff and the community for their opinions. Senior staff monitor the work of teachers and other staff. Parents/carers who attend student progress evenings are asked about home-school liaison and suggestions for improvement.
