School closure information
Please listen to Radio Cornwall (95.2, 96, 103.9 FM) for the latest information about school closure during periods of bad weather.
Information is also available on the BBC local webpages Click School closures & cancellations and then scroll down to see the list of schools that are closed.
Recent Closure
The safety of the whole school community is of paramount importance. Deciding to close the school is always a difficult choice and it is particularly difficult in North Cornwall with such a big catchment area and high percentage of pupils travelling by car and bus. As you may be aware the school is also very exposed. You may like to view the pictures in the attached Powerpoint file to see how badly the snow and ice have affected the exposed school site.
